Understanding our strict refund policy for digital WordPress products.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only provide refunds in extremely rare cases of corrupt files, and our decision is final and non-negotiable.

1. General Refund Policy

Digital Products - No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our WordPress themes and plugins, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once purchased and downloaded, all sales are considered final.

Why No Refunds: Digital products can be immediately downloaded, installed, and used. Unlike physical products, they cannot be "returned" in their original condition.

Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Preview all available demos and screenshots
  • Read product descriptions and requirements carefully
  • Verify WordPress and PHP compatibility
  • Ensure you have necessary technical skills
  • Check system requirements and dependencies

2. Only Exception: Corrupt Files

The ONLY situation where we may consider a refund is if the downloaded file is corrupt and cannot be extracted or installed properly.

Our Verification Process:

  1. File Testing: We will download and test the same file from our end
  2. Installation Check: We will attempt to install the theme/plugin on a test WordPress site
  3. Functionality Verification: We will verify if the product works as intended
  4. Final Decision: Our technical team will make the final determination

IMPORTANT: Our decision regarding file corruption is final and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to deny refund requests even for claimed corrupt files if our testing shows the files are functional.

3. Download Link Expiration Policy

Time-Limited Downloads: All download links have an expiration time limit after purchase.

Download Timeline:

  • • Expiration Period: one hour from purchase
  • • File Access: Immediate after payment
  • • Email Notification: Sent with download links

After Expiration:

  • • No Access: Links become inactive
  • • No Re-download: Cannot access files again
  • • No Refunds: For missed download window
  • • New Purchase: Required for access

NO REFUNDS for expired download links: If you fail to download your purchased products within the specified time limit, we cannot and will not provide refunds. It is your responsibility to download files promptly after purchase.

4. What We Do NOT Refund For

We will NOT provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • • Changed mind after purchase
  • • Lack of technical skills to install
  • • Compatibility issues with hosting
  • • Theme/plugin conflicts
  • • Not matching your expectations
  • • WordPress version incompatibility
  • • Expired download links
  • • Failed to download in time
  • • Server/hosting limitations
  • • Need for customization
  • • Missing features not advertised
  • • Any technical support issues

5. Refund Request Process (Corrupt Files Only)

If you believe you received a corrupt file:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email support@wpfreeshare.com within 24 hours of download
  2. Provide Details: Include order number, product name, and specific error messages
  3. Error Screenshots: Send screenshots of extraction/installation errors
  4. Wait for Verification: Our team will verify the file from our end (2-3 business days)
  5. Decision Notification: We will inform you of our final decision via email

Processing Time: Refund requests (if approved) are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
